Spine Care
Neck and back pain are some of the most common impairments we see and we know just how debilitating they can be. Our physical therapists are experts in spine health. We focus not just on treating pain, but on determining its cause and preventing it from coming back. We utilize evidence-based practice with the most current knowledge to improve spine health.
Prehab and Post Surgery Therapy
Feel confident in PNW. Know that we have treated a multitude of surgical procedures with great success. It is commonplace to have your surgeon refer you to physical therapy for prehabilitation, due to better postoperative outcomes. We have vast experience managing pain and dysfunction following surgery, which will have ups and downs. There will be days when you have more discomfort than others. But rest assured, we will be by your side to help you reach your maximum potential.
Personal and Sports Performance Training
At PNW we are former athletes that have gone through the rigorous training it takes to be a top tier competitor in your sport. If you participate in crew, golf, basketball, football, baseball, or lacrosse… you need the appropriate combination of strength, power, flexibility and mobility in order to succeed and stay healthy. We’re seeing an epidemic in youth sports regarding ACL ruptures and overuse injuries. Research is showing that proper training regimens can reduce these injuries.
Concussion Therapy
Concussions are often overlooked in sports and the rehab world, but PNW therapists have been trained to evaluate, assess, manage, and treat concussion-related injuries. Athletes will be given a comprehension program based on their symptoms and presentation. Their program may involve cervical, vestibular, and visual interventions. Our therapists will also work alongside coaches, doctors, and athletic trainers in order to effectively decrease symptoms. PNW will help you regain normal daily activities, school participation, and return to play.
