Prehab and Post Surgery Therapy

It is commonplace to have your surgeon refer you to physical therapy for prehabilitation, due to better postoperative outcomes. We have vast experience managing pain and dysfunction following surgery, which will have ups and downs. There will be days when you have more discomfort than others. At PNW we are former athletes that have gone through the rigorous training it takes to be a top tier competitor in your sport. If you participate in crew, golf, basketball, football, baseball, or lacrosse… you need the appropriate combination of strength, power, flexibility and mobility in order to succeed and stay healthy. We’re seeing an epidemic in youth sports regarding ACL ruptures and overuse injuries. Research is showing that proper training regimens can reduce these injuries.
